Here's an old favorite. Frogmore Stew, also known as the Low Country Boil.
Shrimp, smoked sausage, potatoes and corn. All boiled up with spices. I use a combination of Tone's Cajun Seasoning and Zatarain's liquid Crab & Shrimp Boil, mainly because I'm not a big fan of Old Bay Seasoning. Soul satisfying on a hot day. Serve with plenty of ice cold beer.
